Our Daughter's Reading Score was Eight Times Higher!

When our daughter began the first grade, she took her initial reading placement test and scored an amazing 24! The average placement score was 3.

How did we do it?

She read to us nightly from the Family Readers. It was an emotionally bonding and rewarding experience.

Unfortunately, she scored average on reading comprehension. That score would have been better had we asked her the follow-up reading comprehension questions listed in the back of each book or used the writing activities.

Robert Stevens, President, WriteExpress Corporation
